June’s IDIDTHAT Craft Awards were judged by Sibusiso Sitole (CCO at The Odd Number) and Evy Katz (Editor at Left Post). Best in Craft was awarded to Telekom ‘Cyber Mobbing’ for Direction, Editing, and Cinematography. Huge congrats to the team - Kim Geldenhuys, Adam Bentel, and Matthias Graatz.
May’s IDIDTHAT Craft Awards were judged by Giant Films director, Karien Cherry and ECD at Ogilvy SA Joburg, Molefi Thulo. Best in Craft awarded to short film 'Loot' for Screenwriting and Direction. Congrats Greg Rom & Evy Katz, we will have a drink (so many restocked drinks) on you!

November’s iDidTht Craft Awards were judged by the highly Instagrammable ECD of King James Group JHB, Graeme Jenner. Born in England (but we won’t hold that against him), Graeme moved to SA, was raised in Secunda and became a Graphic Designer in Joburg. Since then he has made his mark on the industry in countless ways, including being the Founder of King James II. An honour and a privilege to have you Graeme!
Creative Director at Grey Africa/Liquid, Steph van Niekerk once went on stage 15 times on a single night at the Loeries. She’s one of SA’s most awarded creatives in film, but it’s time that people know that the real talent lies with her cat, word-renowned film critic and enthusiast, Dmitri Moses, who will be joining her as co-judge this month.
