South Africa makes its mark at One Show 2025 with 18 finalists. Here’s the work.
The One Show has revealed its 2025 finalists, and South Africa again shows up with 18 for the second year in a row. Finalists include local agencies and production companies: Joe Public, TBWA\Hunt Lascaris, Bananas, Promise, Darling Films, Carbon Films, and Enpower Trading. These finalists await the final Pencil decisions, which will be announced during Creative Week in New York on May 15. All finalists will win Gold, Silver, Bronze Pencils or Merits. Go team SA!

When KFC Thailand’s ‘Let There Be Cake’ picked up a Cannes Gold Lion for Film, it was a massive win for South Africa and proof of what’s possible when everyone is aligned in service of the craft. From marketer to agency to production, every decision pushed the idea further and raised the bar on execution. At the centre of it is Suhayl Limbada, a South African marketer with an instinct for strong ideas and a respect for the people who bring them to life.

Best in Film Craft: December 2017
The December's Craft Awards were judged by the legendary Cameron Watson. If you Google ‘Cameron Watson’, you get everyone from a Scottish Australian football player, an actor from the series Dynasty to the Creative Director at King James. The first two will forever live in the third’s shadow, shame... Thanks for gracing us with your presence Cameron Watson, we are in awe! Congratulations to all the winners.
