A creative leader with over 10 years of experience, Neema’s innate fascination with the human mind and behaviour was the catalyst for a successful career centred around understanding consumer needs and delivering on them through powerful brand storytelling. Since joining advertising in 2018 Neema has consecutively won countless awards both locally and internationally, including being the first black African woman to win The Next Creative Leader regional award founded by The One Club of Creativity. Today, as an industry thought leader, Neema serves as an esteemed judge on various international panels, fuelling her passion for transformative brand storytelling.
