Chicken Licken Hits the Spot Again with New Campaign for Super Sliders. It is a truth universally acknowledged, that it’s the little things in life that bring the most satisfaction, and nowhere is this more evident than in the stomach-filling contentment & pleasure that Chicken Licken’s new Super Slider Mix 4 delivers.
This simple insight is bought to life in a campaign conceived by Joe Public and directed by Greg Gray from ROMANCE that show small private moments in life that pack a deeply gratifying punch as a metaphor for the satisfaction that the seemingly small Super Sliders bring. Gray once again masters the art of authentic comedic storytelling with this quirky trifecta of shorts that both satisfy and entertain. Each featuring a winning moment in an individual’s very ordinary life, and each told with Gray’s signature attention to detail, performance and craft. Conveying satisfaction in a way that is interesting & entertaining but still subtle enough to be credibly compared to how eating sliders make you feel, is a fine balancing act and the success of these films in no small part due to the brilliant casting, unique characterisation and outstanding performances of the three actors, all of whom one wants to cheer for at the end of each film. Entertaining performances, authentic environments, and an idiosyncratic soundtrack that surprises and delights, all culminate in another irrepressible Chicken Licken / Greg Gray collaboration that hits the humour mark and satisfies the soul.
