They wanted us to reimagine the process of taking your car to their service centres and make booking it in stress free. Our priority: develop an online booking experience which mimics the ease of booking a flight.
Our process: we emphasised convenience, rapid turnaround times and added customer experience value, in line with Samuels’ own ethos.
Our results: A web-based system which allows the user to select a service centre and time, confirms via SMS and email, and then allocates their vehicle to a specific service bay at a certain time. Once complete, a technician captures service logs and sends the user a collection SMS.
