#ToughDecisions puts you in the shoes of an MSF fieldworker on the frontlines of a humanitarian crisis,and asks you to make a near-impossible life-and-death decision (the kind of tough decision MSF fieldworkers are forced to make on a daily basis). But with a heart-stopping twist. This real MSF #ToughDecision is juxtaposed with a superficial, ridiculous ‘tough decision’ the average South African makes every day (in the form of a tweet).
