This month’s IDIDTHAT.co Craft Awards were judged by red-carpet-worthy talents of Julie Thorogood, Creative Director at NetworkBBDO and Mark Middlewick, Director at First Pencil. Congratulations to Director Imraan Christian from Arcade and Strangelove Editor Shelby Ncube who were awarded Best in Craft this month by both judges.

Pressure Cooker elevates more than art, as Brian Little named General Manager.

Pressure Cooker has seen massive growth over the past few years, not just in the high quality of work they are producing but also the sheer amount of in-house talent. The latest addition to the team is entrepreneur, businessman, and former creative, Brian Little. Brian will be joining the leadership team, taking on the role of General Manager. A General Manager at a post-production house? We also had questions!

IDIDTHAT Craft Awards November 2022

This month’s IDIDTHAT.co Craft Awards were judged by the very top of our Xmas wishlist; Grant Sithole, Chief Product Officer of Publicis Groupe Africa and Nicole Ackermann, Director at Romance. This was a particularly tough month to judge with a lot of stand-out work, but rising to the top is Paul Ward from Giant Films and Tristan Holmes from The Star Film Company.

Collaborate to Elevate | Colin Daniel welcomes Kyle Koekemoer to Pressure Cooker Studios

Sound Designer Kyle Koekemoer is bringing his love of audio storytelling and technical expertise to the established team at Pressure Cooker. With a company approach of ‘made by many’, Kyle will now become the 17th team member to work under the roof of Pressure Cooker’s Cape Town studio. He will be bolstering the studio’s commercial offering by joining the Sound Design and Final Mix Department, where he will work alongside and collaborate with Pressure Cooker’s Colin Daniel.
